Next steps

All applicants must possess the right to live and work in the UK indefinitely without sponsorship from British Airways. We will require proof if you are invited to an assessment day.

Then you’ll need to complete your initial application online. If you’re successful at the application stage, you’ll be invited to take part in further assessment, which is likely to include online and paper based psychometric tests, a telephone interview, a group discussion, a work-related exercise and interview at our Waterside offices, near Heathrow Airport.

Once assessments have been completed, we’ll make offers for places subject to references, confirmation of qualifications and medical requirements.

Take time to read through a few of the programmes and research our corporate website at ba.com to make sure you’re choosing a programme that could be right for you.
